PHARMALIFE RESEARCH srl uses the SDA Poste Italiane express courier as the transport carrier.

Transport costs to the entire Italian territory are borne by PHARMALIFE RESEARCH srl for all purchases of a minimum amount of € 14.90. For purchases that do not exceed € 14.90, shipping throughout the Italian territory will cost € 5.50 (VAT incl.).

Indicative delivery times:
– ITALY (Northern and Central Provinces), delivery in 2-3 days from the date of shipment.
– ITALY (South, Islands and remote areas), delivery in 3-5 days from the date of shipment.

Shipping is a service entrusted to third parties. The goods always travel at the risk of the customer. In light of this, any problems (by way of example: package loss, damage, theft, etc.) or delays caused by the transport carrier are in no way attributable to PHARMALIFE RESEARCH.
ORDER FULFILLMENT
All orders received are shipped within 3 working days of receipt of payment (except in cases of force majeure, system failures, supply difficulties, etc.).

All orders are subject to acceptance by PHARMALIFE RESEARCH srl which reserves the right not to accept them without any obligation to specify the reasons.
